“This is the place we stay every year my wife and I make our annual trip to Mayo Clinic for her appointments. The rooms are clean and the staff are super helpful and friendly. It’s a little bit out of the way from Mayo Clinic compared to the other hotels but the price is always so reasonable for what you are getting. It’s also right next to Costco and Aldi so if you need anything from those places you can literally walk there.”

“늦은 시간 체크인 했습니다. 순조롭게 했고, 시설도 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 아침 조식도 코로나로 단조로웠지만 충분했습니다.”

“TV had a permanent line, remote only worked to change the channel, had to turn on/volume manually, when showering the drain did not drain at all, shower water temperature nozzle was either removed/broken off. Dirty vents too, yuck. The staff was attempting to be helpful but were limited in how much they could help. The breakfast was a joke, only warm item was the egg patty that was used to be scrabbled eggs, and cereal. Now would I stay here again, maybe, if I had another death in family.”

“Great location but our room was quite rundown. We had a 2-bedroom suite and there was visible dust on the curtains, the lightbulbs were all a different (strange to say, I know but it was noticeable), the shower curtains were ripped, and the couch and chair were nearly impossible to sit in. We were there for a baby shower and used a conference room which was great!”

“Room was nice. However the air conditioning seemed not to cool off much. The toilet needed to be tightened up. I know things dont get fixed like they used to. We will stay here again. The last time was at a different hotel and that was really bad.”

“This is my go to hotel when visiting Rochester! Perfect for families, lots of room space and breakfast is always hot and fresh. Highly recommend!”

“The staff was extremely helpful making for a comfortable stay.”

“Stayed here when my husband was in the hospital after heart surgery. It was very clean and quiet! I was on the 4th floor, the hotel was fully booked but I could have sworn I was the only person on the floor. 10/10 will stay here again.”

“Clean and stocked...the rooms were clean and the coffee area was stocked well. The rooms are really small. Not great if you need to spend a lot of time there, but they use the space well. No dressers but they have a wire drawer thing for your clothes. No safe in the rooms, which we are used to. Nice pull out shelf on night stand. Perfect for those that have a CPAP machine. The bathroom was pretty outdated-tub looked tired and lots of limescale on shower head. Zero counter space for doing...

“Staffs were very kind. Breakfast was just like snack.”

“When going to the Mayo Clinic this is the best place to stay. It's close, parking is easy. Will be back in 4 months again to stay the Kahler.”
