“People smoke outside at the main entrance to the building, so whenever you go in or out you have to go through a cloud of smoke. The lady working the night we arrived was a crab. The guy working the day we left was fantastic. The elevator was out of order. The carpeted stairs everyone has to use have not been vacuumed in years and are disgusting. The room was ok except for some baseboard peeling off in the bathroom that could easily be fixed.”

“Room could’ve been cleaner. Walls were scuffed, sheets were clean but under the sheets was what I assume is dog hair. There was a burn mark in the mattress too. The bathrooms and towels were clean. There was a pack of freeports hidden behind the cushion on the window seat which is weird because it’s supposed to be a smoke free room. The TV would randomly turn off, but because stores and restaurants were close in proximity we found other ways to entertain. Parking was close and check in and out...

“Our five night stay was pleasant, but our choice of facility was not appropriate for senior travelers. The Tru by Hilton chain is very miminalistic and much more appropriate for a younger audience. Our handicap accessible room was very spacious but also sparsely furnished in Early IKEA furnishings. There was only a king size bed and one desk chair on rollers in the room. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped with adaptations for those with handicapping...

“The chemicals used to clean the sheets on the bed must’ve been really strong. They smelled like chemicals and were very itchy to sleep in. The bathroom tub and shower were gross, so I didn’t want to take a shower. The bathroom had some type of black sludgy type mold in areas of it.”

“This was a clean and neat hotel, no frills but exactly what we needed. Hot coffee in the morning, helpful staff, comfortable room!”
