"They lock the front door at 7 which should tell you something. And after the first day we never saw another staff member even at the front desk. Common areas stink of industrial cleaner and the room is dank and musty. There were so many things broken in the room they aren’t worth mentioning. No coffee pods. I couldn’t recommend this place to anyone. "

"The building has obviously been updated and looks nice. A definite language barrier with customer and staff- we asked about a AAA discount and front desk person had no idea what we were asking- also came down for coffee at 6:15am and asked about it-I personally had no idea what she said- I realize I am from northern Minnesota - maybe she didn’t know what I was asking but i certainly had no idea what she was saying- I guess i also feel that at check in the staff should know what discounts are available-senior citizen, AAA,ARP ?"

"Please get your own soap and breakfast. The rooms needs updating. It look like they updated the front but not rooms."

"Room was dirty upon checking in. Stains on couch. Hair strains everywhere. They gave us dirty towels with stains and hair strains. The mirror was dirty with finger and palm prints. The dishes on the shelf were wet. Just filthy. I do not recommend staying here. "

"Even though this place was obviously an older building, their rooms were very updated and comfortable. Wonderful place for a pet. My recommendation is take a piece of that space by the big trees and fence it in so the dogs can run a little. Only complaint, could not get WiFi to connect. But is nice place for the price. "
