Lake Louise Inn
8/10 Good
"The hotel is located soon after the turn off of for Lake Louise. Our checkin went smoothly and staff were friendly. Our room was in the main hotel the windows were facing the restaurants and pool which was not an ideal view for privacy. The hotel is older and I felt it wasn’t worth the price we paid for our one night stay. We enjoyed our meals at the Legend restaurant. Their service was professional and friendly."

"Best hot tub and view I've ever experienced. Close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Public transportation to gondola and other locations. 3 days here wasn't enough."
Otter Hotel

"Has a parkade which is heated and spacious. It has a lot of room so it’s easy to find space. The elevators took forever, longer than other hotels for some reason. Directions on how to get to the lobby were confusing. Rooms were smaller than anticipated"

"Lovely big clean room with really comfortable beds. Great location within Banff and easy parking. Staff were all great. Only slight complaints was the water pressure in the shower was quite poor and the buffet table in the breakfast room is very small, so was quite chaotic first thing in the morning with lots of people trying to reach over each other."

"Loved the location, we were welcome with tickets to ride the Public Transit, a $15 daily discount to a list of very nice places to eat. Our room didn't have Air Conditioning, it was Heat only but a nice rotating fan was readily available in the closet, also the ambient temperature was overall comfortable. Only during our 2AM checkout 😴 we were dismissed by a not very friendly and helpful staff member, but overall we loved and will recommend the place."
