"Most aspects of our stay were excellent\. The food, the restaurant staff, housekeeping, and room service were all wonderful\. We enjoyed our stay so much that we even decided to extend it\. Unfortunately, our final impression of Hyatt Ziva was ruined by one staff member, **Citlalli**, during check\-out\. Before our departure, we visited the front desk three separate times to request a late check\-out until 1:00 PM, and each time we were told it had been approved\. However, on the morning of our departure, we went to the front desk one last time just to confirm\. Citlalli told us, in a very cold and unfriendly manner, that our check\-out was at 12:00 PM\. Because of that, we rushed to pack all of our belongings\. When we arrived at the front desk at 12:00 PM to check out, another staff member informed us that the system actually showed a **1:00 PM late check\-out**\. We explained what had happened, but Citlalli simply responded that the system showed 1:00 PM, without acknowledging the confusion or offering any apology\. It was very disappointing because this unnecessary situation could have been avoided\. One unpleasant interaction overshadowed what had otherwise been a fantastic stay\. Everyone else at Hyatt Ziva was friendly, professional, and helpful\. Our only negative experience was with Citlalli, and unfortunately, that became our lasting memory of the hotel\."

"먼저 도착하면 직원들이 친절하게 짐을 모두 받아 주고 전 AQUA CLUB 를 사용을 해서 5층에서 앉아서 체크인을 했습니다. 이게 정말 편하고 좋더라구요. 점심 전이여서 간단한 요기도 하구요.객실도 깨끗하고 에어컨이 잘되어 있어서 더운 날씨에도 아주 편했답니다.특히 좋았던것은 음식이 너무 맛있었습니다. 식당에서 일하는 직원들 너무 친절하고 맛있는 음식 추천이 너무 좋았습니다. 지금도 음식 생각에 입에 침이 고입니다. 우리 가족 모두 만족했습니다. 앞으로도 시간이 된다면 방문하고 싶은 호텔 입니다. 그리고 스타벅스가 P층에 있는데 마음 편하게 커피를 즐길 수 있는 것도 좋았습니다.해변도 깨끗하고 수영장 물관리도 잘되어 있었습니다."

"워터 슬라이드가 있어서 아이들이 놀기 좋다. 호텔과 연결된 해변이 매우 아름답다. 음식은 특별할 것은 없지만 이탈리안과 조식당이 괜찮은 편이다. 객실이 오래된 느낌이 있고 좀 꿉꿉한 냄새가 난다. 직원들이 밝고 친절하다. "
