"Amazing short stay"

"Our room was lovely and very clean with a good sized balcony. This was our second stay. The hotel is in a quiet but perfect location to reach the shops, beach and railway station. It is great to travel along the coast, the train calls at s number of stations. We went to Menton, Monaco, Nice and Antibes, we would recommend a zou 7 day pass at 50 euros per person, this is great value, when compared with separate tickets. The staff are so friendly in reception and in the breakfast room, the cleaning staff kept our room in an excellent state, replacing anything used. The breakfast is excellent with good fresh food and plenty of choice."

"We visited on our baby moon and our room was decorated really nicely. We booked the hotel as the pool area looked lovely and we had planned to relax around the pool during our stay - unfortunately this was not possible due to the pool being drained for maintenance and was being refilled whilst we were there. The pool area was therefore shut off. We had no idea we would not be able to use the pool prior to our holiday so we’re disappointed at this. The receptionists did say they’d allow us access to the loungers but we decided to chill out in the other outdoor shadey area. Had we have known these facilities were not going to be available for us to use, we probably would have booked to stay elsewhere. The bed was not the most comfy, it felt quite hard. The breakfast was average, not an awful lot of choice. Mainly cold meats and cheeses. We did enjoy our stay, but we were let down by the things mentioned above. The location was great for us and the hotel was clean and well maintained"

"First of all the photos and the actual apartment look completely different. The actual was very dark and dingy. It was like they brought lights into the space and lit the heck out of it. So expect a very dark apartment. All the plants on the patio were dead, the shower had a lot of grime. There was a large coffee spill in the kitchen that hadn’t been cleaned up. There were no instructions for the TV so we never could turn on the TV after trying each of the four remotes with no instructions. No instructions for Wi-Fi no Wi-Fi code instructions for air-conditioning and I took a lot of photos which I’m going to try and attach here if I can. I do not recommend this place. We called the number for complaints and we were promised a discount for a future stay and then the woman Alexandra was totally unresponsive. I gave multiple attempts to rectify the situation and nothing was done. Since we charged an American Express, we will probably go back and dispute. We really did not want to stay there, but we searched for other properties and due to the fact that it was one of the largest trade shows, there was nothing available so we were stuck in a filthy horrible place. Be sure and look at the photos and you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about."

"The A/C was leaking and pointed towards the head of our bed. Bedding was not really comfortable , I ended up with neck pain and a runny nose. "
