“Aside from the property being absolutely beautiful and just super clean, the staff is where the property really shines. I am all about getting good service because that can make or break an experience. When I say the staff here is wonderful that is an understatement. “The sanctuary resort was AMAZING. We were celebrating our honeymoon, they treated us so well. Staff was super friendly and the property was always clean. Loved they offer activities like couples yoga and Pilates. They also did candle making and bracelet making throughout the day. The food buffet was great and the restaurants were great! I will def be back soon!!”

“They close the pool at 7pm, over the weekend there is only the buffet by the lobby, they say there’s other places to eat but every time we went to eat there we were told we couldn’t eat there. We were assured a room that walked out to a private pool but then was told they weren’t available because they only had one for the resort all the others were owned privately. The staff were helpful and friendly but I wouldn’t recommend this place, coming from a seasoned traveler.”
