"Akter my husband and I waiting line to check in for about 45 minutes, we were told that the hotel did not have our reservation. There were three clerks checking in hundreds of guests and it was so chaotic.
We called a Hotels representative and all the people that helped us were amazing. They tried to call the hotel and talk with someone, but was either hung up on or no one answered the phone. Luckily, we only lived about 90 minutes away, so were able to drive home after the event we came to attend.
The staff did not seem to care that we had a reservation, and they made no effort to assist us with another room or suggestions of where to stay. I understand the hotel was busy and they said they were fullI, but their customer service skills were nonexistent!
The hotel was under contraction, so that added to the chaos as well. "
