"House is very clean and well-equipped. Everything you need is there, extra pillows and blankets, iron for clothes, hairdryer, etc. It is also well stacked with amenities, paper towels and complimentary bottles of water. Host is very communicative and accommodating. Easy check in and check out process. Plenty of street parking. Will stay here again if ever we go back to Phoenix. "

"We really enjoyed the space it was beautiful. And in a convenient location. Parking was smooth as well. The front bedroom was too hot to sleep in and the living room was hot during the day. The only suggestion I would say is add a smoking area outside where ppl can sit down it was hot and we had to go out the gate. But all in all this is a beautiful space and totally worth checking out."

"The house has a very cool vibe. Super clean. Pool and hot but were nice. A little putting green and the fireplace was a big hit. We really enjoyed staying here and look forward to coming back."
