Brand new property so very BRIGHT and Modern and new feeling. I just don’t understand why a 1/4 inch of white or light colored grout would be used between floor tiles - it gets dirty and is impossible to get clean so you have everything else looking new and sparkling but no matter what you do your floor is going to look grungy almost immediately. Poor choice in my opinion. Very nice staff, clean place and greet overall stay tho!!

The dining room attendant is so nice and accommodating! Lobby staff were friendly and helpful and cleaners kept things cleaned and stocked. We were very pleased with our stay!

Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting family. The hotel was impeccably clean, well-appointed, very new and modern, plus very quiet. We had requested a room on the top floor of the new building, per other travelers suggestions. We had a great view of Mt. Rainier when the fog lifted in the morning. Awesome in every way - an adult Disneyland. The only downfall is the train noise at night. The staff recommended ear plugs and you really do need them to sleep.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Great breakfast options, different each morning. Conveniently located within miles to the RAC, where we had an all weekend softball tournament. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Pool area was clean. No issues.

Everything is fabulous with the hotel. The only issue is don’t get hungry after 7 pm on weekends because everything is closed.

It was my first time at this property. I was there for 2 nights with my wife and 2 grandkids. We really liked the experience in general, but even more the responsiveness of the staff, especially the security team. We had an issue at the wave pool with another guest.
