I called the front desk and they did change my room, but there was no apology, and their reaction made it seem like this was a common issue. “Close to shore and restaurants. Staff was very helpful, but their printer was broken to help me out. Also no elevator, but again staff was very helpful in moving luggage up to 2nd floor. Not a big problem for us but if you had to leave between 11 PM and 7 AM the office is closed with no personnel (so make sure you know this). All in all, I will choose it again but make sure I depart when help is readily available.”
