What I must say about this property is that not all the staff was as rude as the property manager on duty. I was there for my 15 year old son birthday and we booked two rooms. We enjoyed the resort and asked for a late check out and was told By the on duty manager that she could give us 1/2 hour more and we could stay at golf course etc … and when she found out someone had given us an extra hour she expressed her displeasure with that granted request by verbalizing such in front of me. Excellent hotel. Rooms are cleans and new. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is a must, a lot of different choices. Pool is awesome. They do offer transportation to the park which you have to reserve.

This property gave me international resort vibes in Florida. It really was an oasis. I had a two bedroom and our party was five, three were children. The entire property is clean. The staff from the front desk to the support staff were polite and professional. Great location, if you only want to drive a couple of minutes for access to restaurants, you're in a perfect location. This is a very nice resort! Everyone is friendly and professional. The restaurant serves some of the best food and cocktails that I’ve ever had. I was impressed by the size of the room, it has a walk in closet, washing machine, living room and a kitchen. This made our trip to Disney a very relaxing experience. Keep up the great work!

The property was amazing it is 10 mins away from Disney parks and 5 mins away from the Disney entrance gates. There is a target, 5-below, lime fresh Mexican grill, and a Starbucks at walking distance. The pool is very large and amazing for kids. It was stunning and pristine. Very well managed, maintained and extremely clean. Awesome amenities and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. My wife and I loved it and we’re so glad we chose to stay here for our 25th anniversary.

While this resort is beautiful and clean we had a few issues. First, it would have been wonderful to know that they will rent out many of the common areas (pool), restaurants and bars for private events. There was an event just about every night we during our 7 day stay. Some nights we were not able to use the bridge to cross to our villa so we (3 adults, 3 small children) had to walk around extra 4 buildings, other nights we were not able to use the main pool, sports bar or pool side bar. The beginning of a great stay started with Carmen at the front desk. We felt welcomed, informed and appreciated. I read reviews about the hot water, but we had no problem; the shower was great with adequate hot water. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily. The mattresses isn’t plush but I slept well. Room was super clean, staff was super friendly, free shuttle, lobby clean, quick flawless check in and out, option to stay late, we didn't, but there was an option, free breakfast, big room, comfy bed, close to park, beautiful room everything was updated, clean kuerig, loved this place, will stay again, great price, totally impressed.

I wish you had a way to prevent guests from reserving all pool chairs with towels first thing in the morning even if they are not planning on using them until the afternoon or evening. It leaves few or no seating options for other guests.

Cleanest and quietest hotel. Perfect if you want to go to Disney, but not be surrounded by kids.
