"Long wait to get a drink on arrival, we used the QR code for table service but there weren’t enough staff to cope with the peak early evening period. Otherwise everything was great, I’ve stayed there before a couple of times, yes it’s expensive but you can’t beat it for a relaxing sleep then quick access to the terminal. This was our first stay where we could try the full breakfast, normally we’re flying so early we just grab a few things from the continental selection. Decent quality and range of items were provided for a hot breakfast. No complaints. "

"This is a quaint property with essential provision such as kettle coffee tea and milk . The room I stayed in was small but comfortable and had an on suite with shower . It also had a TV . This is my 3rd stay and I will continue to use the property as it’s a ten minute walk from the airport and provides for my needs . There is a nearby pub where you can buy food . The owners are very friendly and most helpful."

"Lenny Henry has to try out the bed in the King Room! He would give up staying at that hotel chain and only stay at Willow Ridge. Once you are snuggled down in that bed, getting up is not an option. Lisa is lovely host. "

"We had such a lovely stay! The room was very clean and tidy, the bed was so comfortable and it was lovely and quiet over night. Staff were so friendly and helpful, we stayed in a double room which was £81 and I can honestly say for that price it was lovely. There was even a Jazz, Blues and Rat Pack gig on in the pub onsite, which where we got a couple of drinks and it was reasonably priced. We didn’t eat in the spectacular train themed restaurant as we ventured into Bath city centre, but it looked wonderful! Thank you so much for your hospitality, we would definitely return."
