"A lovely stay with my wife and 12 week baby. We had some initial difficulties with the room (AC not working), but marianna the manager was superb at sorting as soon as she was back on shift (we arrived late in the night and the night porter wasn’t helpful…!) We moved to a suite which I would recommend (31 or 32). The rooms have incredible views, and in June the pool was a lovely 30 degrees with some jacuzzi jets and the most amazing view. Continental breakfast was good and you can get drinks through the day and snacks, and pre order dinner. There was some small visiting works going on, but they were out of the way and clearly indicate that the hotel is trying to improve. Very good parking and I did note an electric charger that looked powered. We would definitely return and was ideally located for a rustic, up-market and authentic Tuscan hotel."
