“Property was immaculate. Great views. Customer service responded quickly. Having a kitchen on site, parking, decent size fridge/freezer and coffee machine… all big bonuses. Only downside was the laundry machine and dryers were very small and even after drying for an hour our clothes were still wet. Overall, I would stay again but don’t depend on the laundry facilities being fast. 😅”

“We had a great experience at Saccharum. Property is very clean and well kept, the view from our ocean room was amazing. The staff was helpful and friendly, going out of their way to get us a correct power adapter as we had the incorrect one. The breakfast buffet was top tier, we looked forward to our first meal of the day. We enjoyed our drinks at the beach club, and the loungers were clean and comfortable. My wife said her spa appointment in the hotel was a highlight of our trip to Madeira.”

“Zimmer waren immer sauber, Frühstück sehr gut”

“The hotel is centrally located in Funchal close to the mall, grocery store and the boardwalk. The kitchen is great with a full fridge to store snacks and water. The restaurant downstairs offer a fantastic lunch for great price of 12 euro. The included breakfast is awesome with a great al la carte section breads, cheese and fruit. All staff was great but Kaitalin was fabulous and created a beautiful driving tour for us along the coastline!”

“Friendly staff good hot tub”

“Toll! Von A bis Z. Sehr angenehm!”

“Sijainti oli hyvä. Siistiä ja erinomainen aamupala. Synttärisankarille oli huoneessa kuohuvaa. Vastaanoton henkilökunta oli näyttöjen takana piilossa kokoajan ja eivät huomioineet asukkaita. Allasalue kiva ja siisti.”

“Lovely breakfast. Nice room. Great pool area. Overall very good. For a 4 star hotel, I’d expect some milk to go with the tea and coffee. And a bottle of water to go with the glasses provided. Asked about both and was told neither were included. Disappointing.”

“Hotel covers the basics but it’s too expensive vs what’s being offered”

“Great staff. Clean.”

“Ci è piaciuta molto la posizione dell'hotel che da' sull'oceano, la piscina e la camera molto confortevole. Non lasciate la finestra della terrazza aperta perché entrano le formiche! Ottima la colazione a buffet”

“모든게 다 만족스럽습니다.”
