"Stayed here 1 night for a concert. I arrived to charlotte much earlier than expected and the staff was able to get me into a room early so I could rest after long travel. I was so grateful. The room was clean and a decent size for just myself. Room service was 10/10. I had a steak omelet and cheese grits. Valet was good as well only want to mention that I was only able to request my vehicle from my phone once. After that I had to go downstairs and request it in person which was a very minor inconvenience because it was cold during my stay. Not sure what was going on with that but it’s not a deal breaker. This hotel is on the pricier side. It’s in a nice area. I will absolutely stay here again. "

"I have never in my life stayed at a hotel with no tea bags in the room. There were none in the lobby either. I went to the front desk and was told it would be $4 for one tea bag. This is outrageous, especially when you're paying almost $200 per night. "

"The room I stayed in had a ceiling fan in the bathroom that didn't work, keeping the miosture in the room. But that should be remedied as we informed the front at the end of our stay. The staff were extremely helpful and made the stsy very pleasant. "
