"Too busy. Atrium area is like a train station. I dont like tipping in genral, but especially not for serving staff that dont make an effort - but when it is 20% already on the ticket most people dont want to make a fuss. Desk staff were quite good. Rooms were basic/functional Rooms cleaned nicely each day Weird thing with the bar/Starbucks going on. Never managed to get a starbucks because the que was too long. This is a shame because the destination fee is used as a credit for this and if you dont use it, you lose it"

"Oof, avoid, minimal sleep, super loud, doors slamming and people yelling all through the night. This hotel seems to function as something other than just a hotel, longer term ‘residents’ I suspect partying into the night. Overpriced even though cheap. Breakfast about as gross as you might expect considering price :/"

"There was no TV remote in the room and they said it’s a recurring issue of not having remotes for rooms. They had no engineer on site to provide a remote which is odd that they needed a building engineer for this. I don’t recall the last time I stayed at a hotel where I couldn’t access a TV. She said I could take it up with management My room was missing soap when I checked in as well. "
