"The location of the property is great. The hotel itself seems very run dow and old. The property has a very very overpowering perfume smell all throughout. The smell is the strongest in the hallway and seeps into the rooms. The room itself was tiny and very dusty and dirty. We found rat droppings in our room. Would not recommend to others "

"Location of the hotel was fabulous. Close Trader Joes, train station and restaurants. Staff was great, really enjoyed their attentiveness. Only drawback was their breakfast, they had the waffles, eggs but wished they had more yogurt and fresh fruit... but then again, it's New York, there are plenty of breakfast places to go eat. Overall, I would definitely come back and stay here next time I visit the Big Apple."

"The staff is great. The hotel is very run down, super old and in a very bad condition everywhere. The entrance is ok but once you go in the corridors it is very bad. The rooms are extra extra small. They barely fit 2 twin beds."
