“Terrific staff. Very helpful. A lovely place to un wind, read a book by the fire and enjoy the view. Very relaxing stay. Thanks!”

“Room was crammed with very small desk at the end of the bed. Little room to walk by and I’m only 165. Food was wonderful and staff were polite.”

“We had no issues with the property! We might have liked to know when booking that there is a bar and restaurant on site as we had dinner before we arrived! Breakfast was a full meal and we had choices so very good! Room and bed was good and clean!”

“Clean and cosy room with tea/coffee making facilities and ensuite. We were on the second floor accessed by spiral stairwell. Staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was across the road from accommodation in the tearoom. We had a delicious cooked breakfast. Continental breakfast also available. Highly recommended”

“Hotel was located at a prime spot in Inveraray, lovely views and within a block of the shops. The restaurant was a bit understaffed, food was good, just be prepared to wait a bit. Room was comfortable and well stocked with tea/coffee/snacks.”

“Really enjoyed our stay. The character in the bar/restaurant of this old ferry house building was amazing. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Delux room with Loch views was amazing. Comfortable bed and linens. Well kept furnishings. Enjoyed the window facing chairs for hours of counting waves. Very walkable to town. I was without a car. Flat walk to shops and restaurants.”

“Staff service was excellent. Good was amazing. Some noise at night due to creeky floorboards above. Room was lovely with nice touches eg water and biscuits.”

“The staff was friendly and the food at the in-house restaurant was very good. The condition of the room was good enough and clean, but everything from the doors, bed, bathroom and more was incredibly old and left some to be desired in terms of upkeep. I felt the pictures of the rooms online were rather deceiving. The location of the property though was fantastic with beautiful views.”

“Our stay at Glencruitten House was lovely. However, for the price there are a few things that did not exactly meet expectations. First, upon arrival we were offered a welcome drink to enjoy in the sitting room, which was very nice. But there was no direction for what we should do after. “The place had an amazing view, really clean, and the staff, they’re super nice.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Ronebhlal B&B. The host was very nice and helpful with questions. The room was perfect. A big window with a perfect view of the bay. Super clean and very new and updated with great treats awaiting weary travelers. We loved it!”

“Great, clean room with wonderful breakfast included.”

“Such a lovely property with an even lovelier couple running it. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Oban.”

“Ardtona exceeded all of our expectations! The space was immaculate, comfortable, and set in a breathtaking location. Karen is a stellar host—so friendly, communicative, and attentive to every detail. Her hospitality truly elevated our trip. If you’re looking for a perfect stay in Scotland, look no further. We will definitely be back!”
