“Room was crammed with very small desk at the end of the bed. Little room to walk by and I’m only 165. Food was wonderful and staff were polite.”

“Staff service was excellent. Good was amazing. Some noise at night due to creeky floorboards above. Room was lovely with nice touches eg water and biscuits.”

“Clean and cosy room with tea/coffee making facilities and ensuite. We were on the second floor accessed by spiral stairwell. Staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was across the road from accommodation in the tearoom. We had a delicious cooked breakfast. Continental breakfast also available. Highly recommended”

“Hotel was located at a prime spot in Inveraray, lovely views and within a block of the shops. The restaurant was a bit understaffed, food was good, just be prepared to wait a bit. Room was comfortable and well stocked with tea/coffee/snacks.”

“객실 좁아도 편리해요. 전망 좋고 시설도 좋아요. 주차도 나쁘지 않아요. 무엇보다 난방 시설이 좋아요.”

I had to fully reset and retune to enable it to operate. Reception staff did try, but were too busy (and probably under staffed) to spend time fixing. “Staff lovely, breakfast delicious, location - superb view. Parking easy. Pretty walks.”

“Very lovley and charming B&B with excellent hosts and breakfast and jam/marmalade choices! We only regret staying one night!”

“Our stay at Glencruitten House was lovely. However, for the price there are a few things that did not exactly meet expectations. First, upon arrival we were offered a welcome drink to enjoy in the sitting room, which was very nice. But there was no direction for what we should do after. We were not offered assistance with bags at check-in, so we went to fetch our own bags after we finished our drinks. When we lugged in our bags we were told “oh someone could have helped you with that”. It was...

“Such a lovely property with an even lovelier couple running it. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Oban.”
