I believe the price for this hotel should be lower for what it actually provides. Everything about this hotel screams save every penny at the expense of their guests. It’s an unfortunate trend that seems to be spreading across hotel chains. Only plus is the polite staff. I probably won’t stay here...

Was not told the time nor did I ask for breakfast and we missed it at 9:10. Also, the pool area appeared to not be opened. It is not a welcoming environment when you walk in and see their pool as the windows are all covered in black fabric.”

“I would not stay here again. It’s one of those places that was nice at one point until a certain ethnic family bought it and is running it to the ground. We paid for 4 people, got 2 towels. The couch had some major stains in it and looked like it was from a 70s garage sale. The carpet was sticky. The bathroom floor was dirty. The sheets felt sticky. The room was damp and had an odor. “I would never stay at this hotel again. The room was dirty from the moment we walked in, and it was obvious that cleanliness was not a priority. To make matters worse, there was a gas leak that the hotel appeared to be aware of but failed to properly address or disclose to guests. That was completely unacceptable and made us feel unsafe throughout our stay. The staff was also incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful.
