“Buffet breakfast was lovely plenty of choice and hot. Room was comfortable.”

“Not worth the money very dark and depressing room ! No natural daylight also along with lack of adequate lighting all we had was veiw of dirty roof top and daylight totally blocked by tree ! Windows paint peeling black mould and lots of holes where the window catch has been moved numerous times times !! Bathroom very small Very disappointed in our stay”

“Slightly disappointed that when I got there at 1500, I was told my room wasn’t ready, despite 1500 being the time that checking in starts. Sat around for 30 minutes while I waited for it to be confirmed as ready, but the man on the desk was so kind and polite and apologised profusely, and had exceptional customer service. Came down a while later to ask for a pen, and ended up speaking to another member of staff on the desk fro about 5 minutes and he also had exceptional customer service. The...

“I had a pleasant stay at Rossett Hall . I only stayed 1 night d I was attending a family wedding. The room was spacious , very clean and fresh . The staff were pleasant helpful and welcoming. I didn’t have a cooked breakfast but enjoyed the cereals , fruit , yoghurt , juice and toast. I travelled by car but the bus stop is nearby for easy access into Wrexham or Chester. I recommend Rossett Hall for a short stay to visit the surrounding area.”
