“Not all rooms got smart tv. Not all rooms got a good tv or remote. Parking is first come first serve. The staff can be more helpful but they dont try to accommodate guests with their needs. The house keeping service is delayed, when we asked for fresh clean towels, it took them 30 mins to bring it up, we had to call remind them. The housekeeper was on a private phone call while working. The floors are not being swept and tubs are not being scrubbed. There is always construction waking us up...
