Well kept property, convenient, friendly staff, quiet and peaceful

Everything was absolutely perfect from the moment we arrived. We were greeted by Lettika who gave us a tour of the B&B and introduced us to the onsite sloth lounging in the tree. Easy access to beach, quiet location yet close to the Tamarindo action, facility design, pool, great breakfast

Going to CR by myself; the staff at Gardens House were awesome. They treated me and those I met that also stayed there very well. I will def return to this place when I come back.

Our stay in Yaba Chigui Lodge was most delightful. The property is very well maintained and the design is unique with huge glass windows. The rooms are facing the jungle. Waking up in the morning we listened to the noises and even saw two monkeys. The innkeepers Juan and Ana were extremely helpful and friendly. We would come again in an instant!

Beautiful, welcoming, convenient. Probably won't even need a car. Great breakfast.

Birdlovers paradise. Each unit has private deck, perfect for drinking your coffee and watching/listening to the birds. The owners are very nice and offered to take us in a tour if the property- showing us the plants

A small paradise in the jungle and few steps from the beach! Be prepared to wake up hearing howler monkeys. The property is located in the middle of a wildlife passage, so you can see monkeys, sloths, green macaws and many types of birds. This is the place to disconnect from the noise of the city and simply enjoy the gift of nature. Make sure you wake up early enough to capture an amazing sunrise on the beach.

Posada El Quijote is outstanding. The staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful, and the view of San Jose from the inn is outstanding. Bjorn and Alcides helped us book taxi rides, rent a car, find restaurants and attractions, and even upgraded our room and comped our airport transportation after a mixup with our arrival date. Very prompt responses and issues were resolved quickly.

The grounds are beautiful with different types of fruit trees, lovely veranda to enjoy the view of the mountains. We especially love the sisters who run the place. They are quite attentive, making sure we were comfortable. We definitely would recommend this lovely bed&breakfast

The staff was wonderful, the owner was on site and took great personal care to ensure our stay was excellent. We travel all over the world and this place we will definitely be back to.

Wow this place was amazing. Fantastic hosts. Good location close to town. Nice rooms with fast wifi, air conditioning, and all the TV channels and Netflix you could watch. Plus they serve you a great welcome drink and a killer breakfast. I just wish we would have found it sooner

My 2nd time here and once again it's clean and simple and perfect for my short stay between the airport and my destination. Darren does a wonderful job as host. Quick to reply and always helpful. I very much appreciate his helping me set up transportation and recommendations for food delivery. He's totally accommodating and easy to get along with...that's extremely valuable to guests when traveling abroad :)

Great hotel in Santa Elena. In walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Convenient location for visiting Monteverde and other reserves. Nice room, great breakfast.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Very clean, and great breakfast that was provided every morning. Beautiful views and was very peaceful and quite. With that said, it’s within walking distance of all bars, clubs, restaurants, beach etc. in Tamarindo. Definitely would recommend. Staff was very friendly and nice as well!
