I cancelles through expedia AND calked the hotwl in JANUARY. I was xharged for tge room anyways. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. 57.00 charged and i CANCELLES. Tgis was for a Aria Frande concert that was cancelled MONTHS IN ADVANCE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND EXOEDIA OR THE JOREL and i am posting this everywhere until someone reaches out and refunds my money!

Under no circumstances would I attempt to eat at Kanki in the mall ever again. We checked in and were told it would be about 30 minutes. 30 minutes turned into an hour, then 1 hr 1/2, then 2 hrs and we were never sat even with personally speaking with various members of the staff face to face then called in and was put on hold and they never returned to the phone so I hung up.
