“주위에 편의시설이 많았고, 숙소가 굉장히 깨끗했습니다”

“Very excellent!”

“Hotel was good… the complementary water with citrus during the day was appreciated. Both nights however the front desk staff responded negatively at a request for a bottled water. The first night she reluctantly gave us a bottle and we were appreciative… she softened her approach. The second night a different employee meanly said flatly no. If you offer guests or at least Hyatt members a bottle of water or two it will go a long way. Nicely telling us we could buy water would also be acceptable....

“Good”

“This hotel is perfectly located for walking- near convention center and many restaurants/cafes/museums. The beds are super comfy, but the shower was lacking any pressure.(I was on the 7th floor). the room coffee “pour overs” are my only complaint-terrible! BUT, they do have a 24hr laundry facility which is great for a lot of travelers.”

“We stayed for only one night but everything was clean. Location was great and staff was very friendly”

“Will book again.”

“Everything was great”

“Anjana at the front desk was wonderful. Always smiling, cheerful & helpful. The breakfast was very good with a great variety of things to eat & drink.”

“Clean room, staff”

“주변이 조용하고 시원한 나무들이 주변에 있어서 좋았습니다. 가까이에 호수가 있어서 산책도 추천합니다. 직원들도 친절하고 내부 시설도 깨끗합니다.”

“This was the most unclean outdated Hilton hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The room smelled of wet dog, and the air did not work. When entering the restroom, we were meet with a large cockroach. If it was not so late, we would have left there ASAP but they were willing to a least move us to another room off the ground level.”
