“Very excellent!”

“Let’s find a way to store bath items in the bathroom….. bath towels next to the tv is just comical… This is a classic 80’s conference hotel in need of updates starting with led lightbulbs.”

“Fridge not working, not everybody likes to operate elevator only from outside, showerhead not convincing, room a little noisy, good beds, breakfast regular, location OK but not excellent, price a little high for what it offers”

“Very nice staff. Clean room. Good location. Breakfast was fine: eggs, sausage, cream, yogurt, waffles, Quiet. I’d stay here again.”

“Great stay!”

“Will book again.”

“Service and food ”

“everything was what you'd expect from a Hyatt Place. The amenities were neat and well maintained. The breakfast is the standard fare, the coffee delicious. My only beef was the AC/Heat system which made a terrible racket when in use. I believe a bearing on the fan was at risk. Fortunately the weather was wonderful and I didn't require the unit that much. The staff was wonderful and went to work on the problem.”

“Estabon at the front desk was awesome. Hotel was very clean. While some construction was going on we barely noticed. Nice hotel. Will stay again when in Raleigh.”

“Very clean”

“Hotel was clean, newly remodeled, nice staff, and breakfast was awesome. Close to Carter Finley Stadium too. Great experience overall!”
