“Overall, I had a great stay at Hyatt Place. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and my room was comfortable. The location was convenient, and everything met my expectations. The only downside was the complimentary breakfast. I arrived at the breakfast area around **9:30 a.m.**, and there was very little food available. It would have been nice if the breakfast items had been restocked through the end of the breakfast service so that guests arriving later could still enjoy...

“The rooms were clean but the walls are thin! We had to move to a different room due to noise. The staff was very accommodating and switched us without any issues. The hotel was central to what we needed it for. The Ice machine did not work on our floor so we had to go to the next floor to grab ice. Breakfast was a plus. Last time we stayed, they were renovating. All and all, we would stay here again.”

“This hotel is greatly managed. Quite and comfortable. Staffs were all nice and ready to help. Breakfast was great and restaurant staffs were all nice. The only complaint is that there is no complimentary water at the room. All others are great. I will come back to this hotel for the next trip to Cary. ”

“The Guest House is impeccably maintained and in a great location to experience downtown. There was plenty of off street free parking behind the home. Beds and rooms are very comfortable and there is complimentary items for breakfast in the kitchen.”
