I thought it was a mistake by the staff and checked again, but I was told an absurd excuse that the hotel does not have two beds in one room. With the help of the online reservation manager, Fortunately, I changed rooms. Then, I couldn't rest for over 3 hours. I will never use this hotel or any Hyatt affiliate again.”

If someone like that stays in this hotel, your NPS will never make it. However, breakfast was ok. The only thing great was the guy who was cleaning up the tables for the breakfast hours. “ZooTampa and the Florida Aquarium are just a few miles away. The Seminole Hard Rock Cafe is maybe 20 min away. Several fantastic restaurants are within walking distance. Being near the Port, we met several people staying just one night waiting to depart on a cruise the following day. We stayed 7 days and really enjoyed the flexibility of having a well appointed kitchenette. We were able to reheat leftovers or make popcorn for an in room movie.”

“Wow! What a beautiful place! I sadly forgot to get her name but the front desk lady that checked us in was SO kind! She let us check in even though we were obnoxiously early! And she didn’t have one negative thing to say about it either! The room was beautiful, well worth the value and clean. I was walking with multiple cups in my hand and staff that were in the lobby insisted they help me! It was just a great stay! If I come back to Tampa I will certainly stay here again”
