"Located in a great area right in the heart of Keswick, super easy to walk to shops, cafes, bars etc. The property is a decent size and has mostly what you’d need during your stay (some Tupperware for guests to use would be really handy). As the property is pet friendly itd be helpful to have an outdoor tap to rinse your dog off after a walk. "We really enjoyed our stay at the allerdale hotel in cockermouth, the room was very clean and comfortable, the location is excellent and the staff were very friendly, really enjoyed eating at blocks steak restaurant connected to the hotel."

"Perfect stay! The inn is lovely and cozy owned by a wonderful couple who made me feel right at home. The breakfast was great and very reasonably priced. They even agreed to store my baggage for several days while I hiked in the region. Can’t recommend enough!!"
