“Lovely, well maintained hotel, pool and gardens . The staff committed , knowledgeable and friendly. Dinners in the History restaurant were without exception delicious, especially the First Class Railway Mutton Curry which was outstanding. These were preceded by a visit to the bar, over which knowledgeable barmen preside. All in all, a wonderful stay and the next door ferry was never a problem for us, indeed we think we will miss the throbbing motor which we found quite comforting. ”

“I stayed 1 night here. really beautiful atmosphere. sunset cruise very nice. However, they claimed 2500 rupees for using jacuzzi with spilling wine. The water in jacuzzi is reused by there own purification system which is uninformed. That one is only disappointment in staying Kumarakom Lake resort. Except for that, the atmosphere, really beautiful. Thank you”

“The atmosphere was really modern and clean. The staffs also nice and helpful. Breackfast buffet was also enjoyable. Room is not so big but comfortable with good amenities. The location is near by the main attractions like chinese fishing net, 10 minutues by walking. Free wifi, fast and good. Most of things are satisfying. Thank you. ”

“We were very impressed with our 4 days at The Zuri Kumarakom. We were surprised to be told that the property is about 25 years old, because it's superb maintenance suggested a much younger age to us. As we rode into the property, we were a bit shocked to see a lot of policemen around. And that turned into panic when they accosted our taxi cab at the hotel porch. “직원들의 친절은 최고의 점수를 주고 싶습니다. 하지만 샤워시 흙탕물이 나오질 안나 아침 뷔페식당에서 몇일이 됐을지 모를정도로 말라 있었고 턴다운스비스를 저녁9시에 하러 오질 않나 청소하는 직원이 손님객실에서 TV시청을 하고 나갈때 꺼고 나가는걸 깜박 하질 않나 타월을 사용한걸 가져 갔어면 새로 준비해주어야 함에도 부족한 그대로 잊어 버리고 나감. 무료로제공 되는 물과 커피도 부탁을 해야 가져다줌.등등 데스크직원과 로비직원들 굉장히 친절했음 객실 크기도커고 편안했음. 곰팡이냄새 특히 심함.”
