“Maravilloso resort. Tenía la duda con RIU pero para nada es un lugar espectacular. Volvería realmente”

“Sits on a beautiful stretch of a beach but the hotel is extremely outdated and the rooms are small with tiny balconies. Cracked tiles, skinks and furniture. Dining is limited and not the best. Limited water sports and not much to do for kids. Staff is very nice and helpful.”

“This was one of the best resorts I've ever stayed. It was clean, the food was amazing and the staff was really nice. The bartenders Jobathan and Koy were the best. They made our drinks just how we liked them and it felt like we'd known them for a while. They made a huge impact. I will go back just for the bartenders.”

“We chose not to do the all-inclusive option because we wanted to get out and enjoy more excursions and experience the island. Since it was our first time visiting, we wanted to explore as much as possible and see what the island had to offer. The only suggestion I would make is to provide a little more clarity on how the meal cards and resort cards work and where they are needed. For example, we went up to get a drink one day, and the bartender told us we needed a resort card. We were...

“All was good only negative thing was at check in the so called manager could have been a little more pleasant. All restaurants were marvellous and buffet was excellent has well. Really enjoyed our trip. Tks”

“Overall a great stay, 1 week in Aruba and the Raddison Blu was a good choice of properties to relax at. All large rooms, not your typical hotel, these are all suites with 1, 2, and 3 bedroom options was built as condo building for sales, but now a resort. The bathroom was ok, tiles on the floor were dirty and grout was very dirty. Rooms were very clean, kind of boring decor, walls all white.... please add some color and decor to the rooms makes it feel more luxurious. The staff was great very...

“Good food clean property and pleasant ppl”

“Everyone was so friendly. From check in to check out. The resort is very clean. I always felt safe. I always saw security guard walking around ensuring guests were fine. The bar / restaurant staff were out of this world friendly. They make you feel like family. The entertainment was fun too. Lively music and games. I will definitely be back!”

“I would like to compliment the staff at the Holiday Inn Resort Aruba – Beach Resort & Casino on my stay. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and appreciated the resort’s atmosphere and accommodations. I would, however, like to offer two suggestions for improvement. First, I believe all staff members should make an effort to greet guests with a smile and a friendly acknowledgment, regardless of their position or location within the resort. A simple smile and greeting go a long way in making guests...

“Thank you for the great experience”

“Went here on a girls trip. The beach was beautiful and we spent most of our time enjoying the view and cooling off in the clear water. The chairs at both the beach and pool were very comfortable. Staff were attentive and friendly. The rooms were clean and the property was well cared for. Really enjoyed our stay!”

“This resort was perfect, with 2 excellent restaurants (Passions on the Beach and Horizons). The beach had ample palapas and you didn’t need to get up at 6 am to reserve a spot! The room was very clean and comfortable. Super Foods is a very short walk. There are many excellent restaurants in walking distance.”
