“The only good thing about the Phoenix Inn is the staff was very pleasant. Our room was dusty, house cleaning was inconsistent, the weight equipment in the exercise room was out of order, their website stated the rooms have free cable tv which during our six night stay only worked sixty percent of the time, the continental breakfast was terrible, and the outdoor seating area is facing the highway and is very noisy.”

“What a unique, fun place to stay! My kids and I stayed here while visiting my niece at OSU. Our retro-design room was big, with a kitchenette, bunkbeds for my young adult kids and a comfy king-sized bed for me. A little trailer near the hotel office serves really good coffee and breakfast. The hotel is in the downtown area, near fun shops and restaurants. Everything is clean and the staff is friendly and fun. We’ll definitely come back!”
