“Strange and confusing layout. Shower didn’t work well, pool was not super clean and overall found it to be overpriced for what you get.”

“Definitely use the Valet because parking is a nightmare in downtown Charleston. Make sure when you book your stay to call the restaurant to make reservations as they get filled up quite quickly. Minutes away from the open air market. Beds are very comfortable.”

There were some minor issues like low water pressure even though we were on the first floor, tiles in the bathroom being chipped, and one of the lampshades had what looked like water stains.”

“The toilet is too low for older folks and people with bad knees, etc. We were told it was $11 to park when we got to the hotel (which I did not see when I booked the room), but was not told it was per night. That is extremely disappointing. Especially since there were not many parking spaces close to the entrance. I found out when I checked my bank account. That amount was not put on my receipt. I will look elsewhere to stay on a return trip.”

“The bathroom barn door in our room didn’t work well and my wife injured herself trying to close it. The main room door also didn’t close without excessive force. The doors in the rooms should work, but otherwise the room was clean.”
