“Room was dirty when we came in and could hear everything in other rooms and hallways”

“Sometimes, it’s the small things that matter: the sheets were super soft, the black out shades were awesome, the shower head water pressure was incredible, there was a long, narrow shelf for my toiletries just under the bathroom mirror, the vinyl flooring was a great alternative to carpet (that is nasty in some hotels), and there multiple hooks to hang my various travel bags.”

“We did not stay - the elevator was not working & due to health restrictions, my husband cannot walk up/down stairs. Front desk person said they had no rooms on first floor - she was absolutely NOT helpful & constantly contradicted herself. They have not refunded us in full (I paid for 3 nights), but I will continue to obtain a full refund.”

“Hotel staff was welcoming and professional. I was checked in efficiently by Chrysta. She gave me a lot of good information about both the hotel and the area.. Our room was comfortable and clean. We were in a handicapped room, and the bars in the bathroom made for a safe and easy experience. Breakfast was great in every way. There are a few updates needed in the hotel, but otherwise, it was excellent!”

“They did not have the room we booked available and refused to upgrade us so we had to move the next day. Front desk manager would not help not even try to find an appropriate solution. He refused to pick up the phone when Expedia called. Said he could not return email. We had a king suite and we could not even see the tv from the bed. Stains on bottom of mattress and stains on the top of the sheets. Not a good experience. ”

“This is a cute little cottage that could use a little love. The hot tub was nice and very hot, but quite public. You're surrounded by houses. Overall, it's a cheap place that feels cheap. Also checkout is actually at 11, though the listing says 12. ”
