โEnjoyed a 2 nite stay here while attending CATF theatre festival in Shepherdstown. Enjoyed the outdoor hottub after biking on C&O Canal towpath, and fantastic country breakfasts. Views to the west over Antietam battlefields are spectacular! Hosts couldnโt have been more welcoming, including the talking parrot! โ

Had a large area to place our pack and play and the room came with a curtain to help separate the space. Breakfast was great even for my picky kids. Will definitely stay again! โ

โMy stay was great, the only problem I had was the bathroom was not the cleanest but I was only staying for one night so it worked fine for me. Then the people that were staying below me were outside very late and talking very loud so that kept me up a little bit but that isnโt the motels fault or the employeeโs fault.โ
โStayed at the Light Horse Inn for two nights. Absolutely loved it. You have to manage expectations because this isn't an ultra modern hotel with a restaurant, bar workout facilities, etc. However if you love history, antiques and the charm of a very unique stay, Light Horse Inn is for you. The room was very large and decorated with timeless antiques. They are very responsive via text for any questions, concerns. The chef, I believe her name was Megan made me a to go breakfast because I could...
