“My room had some static and wire shortage. I keep hearing loud static sound then my lights start to flicker then I was in total darkness. That happen 4 times while I was staying there. I was scared my room was going to caught on fire. Maintenance came, but the problem still wasn't solve. The house keepers were loud on the outside. I could not sleep in bed late because of their loudness and shouting across rooms.”

“Not much staff speak Spanish or English even though customer service was good”
