"Staff was excellent, rooftop bar and pool were nice, but the tiles at the pool was very slippery and many guest had problem with it. We checked-in an average room where the AC was not that great and the shower and the bathtub was clogged, but the hotel fixed it and gave us an upgrade, so we stayed in a suite for the last 2 nights, which was very nice."

"We are from Australia and we were impressed that all the staff spoke English. The location was amazing and so were the views from the rooftop bar. There was a small gym and pool which we used and we were also able to run along the beach due to the hotel's close proximity. The rooms were spacious, beds very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast had lots of options and the restaurant overlooked the beach. We hope to return! Highly recommend!"

"Amazing hotel in a great location. Room was huge with a partial beach/sea view. Great and comfortable bed and lovely bathroom with a great shower. Rooftop pool and terrace are brilliant. Overlooking the beach, great to relax and have a drink or food. The infinity pool has a great view and really nice and clean. Service was very good with reasonable prices given it's such a nice hotel. Didn't book breakfast but there are plenty places around the area if needed. Also close to restaurants and bars...

"This hotel is pricey, indeed. But worthy. Service is great, optional tours are amazing. Even the free tours are very nice. Restaurant is not cheap, but food is unique and perfect. Breakfast is gorgeous. And last, the fact that you can enjoy the falls before and after park opening hours is priceless. We could enjoy night view and early morning view by ourselves! The full walkway was ours! If I have the chance to go back to Iguaçu, I will use this hotel again."

"The room was rather small. It was a STANDARD DOUBLE. I am lucky I was by myself. Had I been accompanied I would not have been able to open 2 large suitcases. The lifts took a while to come. Nevertheless, the staff were superb! Ms Charlene, Mr Mataus and all the rest of the staff went far and beyond to assist me. Thank you all for a FANTASTIC stay💙🙏."
