“Everything was great! There are 2 things that would greatly improve The Franklin Hitel experience.The front door was broken and you could not enter through it. Side door code was used. Second, there should be flatware in the kitchen as many guests heat food in the microwave. Many thanks for a most enjoyable stay!”

“We had a 3rd floor room with a balcony that we could see the ocean from. It was lovely. The staff was so helpful and friendly. But the chocolate chip cookies with sea salt were amazing!! Pastries and coffee in the morning was a nice treat too. We could walk to all the restaurants and shops.”
