“The design of the room was great, it was relatively clean (some marks on the wall and dust bunnies that could have been cleaner) and had a comfy bed. Our room had a broken air conditioner but they did bring in a portable air cooler, it was just really loud. Having two hot tubs and a brewery attached to it was a definite plus and it was in a great location where we could scooter or walk to both shops and the lake. There were also plenty of options for parking.”

“It could be nice to provide complementary coffee at the lobby or spa water. Hilton can afford it:).”

“헤븐리 스키장 곤돌라와 가까운 곳에 위치하고 있지만 숙박하는 동안 곤돌라가 전혀 운행되지 않았어요. 그런 날이 꽤 많다고 하네요. 식당이 좁아서 아침 식사를 위해 기다려야 할 때가 많았어요. 침대가 너무 푹 꺼져서 불편해요. 요청할 경우에만 방을 치워 준다고 했는데 요청 없이도 직원이 들어와서 방을 치우고 있었어요.”

“건물과 시설들은 오래되었지만 깨끗하게 정돈되어 있고 전반적으로 깔끔했습니다~ 저희는 침대가 두개 필요해서 가장 큰 방을 예약했었는데 편안했습니다. 주방 시설이 다 갖추어져 있어서 간단하게 음식을 해 먹기도 편리했고, 아침 조식도 제공되서 아침마다 식당에 가서 원하는 음식을 가지고 와서 편안하게 먹었습니다~ 직원들도 다들 친절했습니다~ 타호에 놀러오면 또 머물고 싶네요~ ”

“I was very surprised at how nice the rooms were. Clean, nice carpet, fresh paint, no noise. Everything was much better than I ever expected. I will stay again during my traveling nurse assignment.”
