Great place to stay

It was stunning and pristine. Very well managed, maintained and extremely clean. Awesome amenities and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. My wife and I loved it and we’re so glad we chose to stay here for our 25th anniversary.

Check in and check process stemless, breakfast was perfect!

Easy check in. Clean and bright everywhere! Nice location. Friendly staff. Bed mattress was too squishy but other than that, it was a nice little hidden gem.

Liked the overall size, not to crowded and no children.

I was very happy to see a nice and clean room with all the necessary things (small fridge, microwave, keurig coffeemaker, hair dryer, etc) It was clean and pretty. It has a balcony with a couple of chairs, the mattress and linens were cozy!! The pool area was nice too… Will definitely come back

The room was very nice as was the decor of the hotel . Bed and pillows were quite comfortable. We had drinks at the bar/restaurant downstairs and enjoyed the view of the lake.

Room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. It was close to good restaurants and grocery store. The kids enjoyed the pool. The beach was right outside our room. It was not crowded and no cars can drive on that stretch of beach which is hard to come by. The area is quiet and not touristy like Daytona.

Our stay was only one night as we were heading down for a week long cruise. We ended up not getting to the resort until 3:00 am as we sat on the interstate behind a bad wreck for hours! I was worried we would not even be able to check in. I was so wrong to worry! The girl at the front desk was so sweet and even offered us an extra hour so we could sleep a little longer. Staff at hotel was very helpful with scheduling our transport to the cruise terminal and offering advance concerning Ybor City!

Very cool location and short distance to Key West Express ferry.

The site was clean and quiet. They offer free shuttle service to and from the airport as well. It’s near a mall and multiple restaurants.

Room was clean and not Stinky and breakfast was good. The breakfast lady was very nice and attentive. I definitely recommend this hotel. My experience was pleasant.

The check-in process was easy and the room was very nice. Giovanni was extremely helpful and gave us the name of a restaurant to try out. Casa Juan’s was very good and a close walk from the hotel.

Great pool and relaxing vibe. Food court restaurants were a bit pricey for quality and service provided. Strettos was fantastic! Food and service were wonderful. Not impressed with Blue lime service. Took 1.5hrs to get our food and seldom saw our waitress. Manager did not resolve our issue when brought to their attention.

This was my first experience and enjoy the location and all the near by restaurants and activitoes and theme parks
