“직원이 굉장히 불친절 했고, 물론 영어를 잘 못해서 영어 표현이 그런점도 있었지만 일단 질문에 대한 답변이 너무 불성실 했습니다. 그리고 체크인을 하면 여행관련 안내를 해주겠다고 하는데, 그게아니고 그냥 투어를 판매하는거였습니다. 어디를 어떻게 가는게 좋은지 안내는 하나도 안해주고 투어를 이용하거나 차를 렌트해서 다니라고만 말해줍니다. 투어를 이용해야만 여행할수 있다는 식으로 말하더라구요. 숙소에 머물면서 좀 기분이 상하는 일이 생겼었는데 사과를 그 누구도 하지 않고 모두 자기가 그런거 아니라고 떠넘기기 바쁜 모습에 너무 실망했습니다. 그리고 오히려 사장은 화를 내더라구요. 그게 자기탓이냐면서. 다른 후기들도 보니 사장이 굉장히 무례하다고 써있던것들이 있던데, 그걸 못읽고 호텔을 잡은게 후회스럽더라구요. 전체적인 시설은 깔끔했고 수영장이 있어서 좋았지만 서비스가 너무 최악이여서 다시는 가고싶지 않았습니다. 그리고 방에 제공되는게 없습니다. 심지어 일회용 커피나 물한병...

“We stayed in the Thea villa which is located at the back of the villa complex. The villa itself was very clean, the hot tub was lovely and there is a Carrefour literally about a minute walk from the villa. We had an optional free breakfast which was nice of cold cuts, bread, coffee and juice. The sunrise from the villa itself is such a sight to behold and you can see it from bed which is an added bonus. “Amazing location close to Oia. Don’t need to go into Oia for sunset as straight out balcony. Staff friendly and place was cute and clean with great bathroom. Pool area clean and peaceful. Only small areas of improvement is breakfast was same every day and felt more like a school lunch. We tired of it by day 3. Also bed could be little more comfortable as since no couch if you’re staying in back gets sore. ”
