“We loved the privacy and seclusion of the property. The front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant menu was fine for about 2 nights, but if one stayed longer, it was limited. Some of the lounge chairs were looking a bit worn. We would have liked the pool to be accessible for evening swimming. The pool area was completely dark by 7 pm. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Sugar Beach Hotel.”

“The staff was exceptional. Our luggage was lost in transit, and they provided us with essential supplies to accomodate. Also the family lounge had fresh bakery and snacks for kids and a variety of premium liquor for adults. However, the room had a leaking AC and instead of fixing it, they just put the rug on the floor where it was dripping. The kids also saw a cocorach in the bathroom, we told them you have to be understanding of nature when you live among it. And, the kids' robes were too small...

“The stay that my partner & I had was phenomenal! This resort is extremely clean, with a ton of food/ drink options to choose from. There are a lot of fun activities that happen throughout the day to keep you busy. We were more than pleased with our stay, everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back with more people! Wanted to give a special shoutout to susy,flower,doney,paulino,scott and the entire staff at Margaritaville. See you guys soon, Pura Vida !”

“Massive 3 bed apartment with ocean views. Fully fitted kitchen and laundry, (although would've been nice to have a bit of washing powder provided). Lovely pool, and fantastic sandy beach.”
