“I booked a room at Americourt Extended Stays because the photos looked decent, the price was affordable, and I just needed a place to stay overnight while traveling solo. The front desk employee was kind and welcoming. The lobby felt like an older motel undergoing renovations, but several oddly worded signs throughout the property immediately raised concerns. When I reached the building where my room was located, it was clear many residents were living there long-term. There were clothes hanging...

“It was a good value, its an older hotel that has some updates. The room was clean, but there are lingering smells of an old hotel. No bugs, quiet, and clean sheets/towels - that's a win in my book! This was a 1 night stay on a weekend.”

“This was a lovely place to stay for a wedding related trip to Rogersville. It is conveniently located and has wonderful, historic charm. Our room “The Browns” was clean and very comfortable. The check in and check out procedure was easy and the Desk Clerk was very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend a stay here!”

I gave the score based on the idea of what this would have been like without the issues which would have been a full star review but the issues brought it down. ”
