“No blow dryer, Had problems with T.V But they did try to accommodate us.”

“The front desk agent, Tim, was extremely kind and helpful. My family truly appreciates everything he did to assist us with checking in to the hotel. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others and plan to stay here again in the future. The location and price are great, but the friendliness of the staff is what we will remember.”

A little disappointed in the breakfast, as there were no protein offerings. Waffles were great, but could have used some sugar free syrup. No swimming pool here. Overall pleased as it's basically right across the street from where we were going.”

“Completely renovated including sweet slumber beds! Staff was exceptional! Friendly, helpful, and genuinely cheerful from the moment we checked in to checked out. Close to many amenities. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.”

“The Formica on the bathroom door had detached and I killed at least a dozen insects in my room while there. Also had to rescan my room key almost every day to gain access to my room.”

“I had a terrible experience when fire ants crawled into my bed and onto my nightstand. When I called the front desk to report the incident, the manager was unapologetic and acted as if I was lying. However, they eventually came to my room and still even seeing the Ants not one I’m sorry”

“Grounds had trash everywhere, needed to be mowed bad! Pillows flat as pancakes. Went down for coffee at 9:15 and there was none. Eating area was a mess. Housekeeping came around at 9:30 banging on the door. If I had still been asleep I would have been very upset. Checkout is 11:00. We were out late the night before and do not appreciate this. Very disappointed in the reviews I saw and what we got for price.”

“The room was not clean. No coffee. The worst pillows I have ever slept on. They aren't even a standard pillow. More the size of a small throw pillow. Top sheet had a burn hole in it.”

“Our room was large and well furnished. The A/C did not work well during the night but was better in the morning. Enjoyed the large tub with jets. Breakfast was adequate but lacked items that are usually found at a hotel comparable to this one. Staff was helpful. It was at a good location for getting around town.”

“The elevator was not working the entire time we were there. Also, we stayed multiple days, but the room was not cleaned each day we stayed, contrary to the hotel's stated policy of cleaning the room every day.”
