“The reception is open 24/7 which was helpful when our ferry arrived at 5.30am. It's right on the promonade so lovely for views and walking. ”

Room was very comfortable , quiet and everything worked well and was well maintained. It’s a great choice in Douglas. Restaurant had very good food too.”

“The family run Welbeck Hotel was perfect for our short stay on the I.O.M. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were spacious and immaculately clean, serviced every day, early access to our rooms was much appreciated. Meals were served in a lovely dining room with a good selection of breakfast options. In our opinion the hotel is worthy of a higher star rating, the fact that it’s a 15min walk in to town was not an issue for us. We would definitely stay...

“I went for business trip. So I didn't experienced the Casino and around of the Hotel. I think this hotel is good at for short travel. The room is clean, bathroom is convient for shower. Free Wifi can be used for 2 computer/room. However the eating included in dinner and breakfast in the hotel is normal.”
