“Everything was perfect”

“There was enough parking to suit need”

“My friend and I stayed here the weekend of cranberry fest. We couldn't get the tv to work at all. Usually when you stay at a hotel they service your room and have towels ready for the next day , didn't do any of that. Went in the hot tub the jets were barely working . Asked for a receipt was told I would get it at check out... never got it . Asked for towels after swimming so we could shower only gave one towel . I feel like the website is definitely false advertisement.”

“Over slept and spoke to the day deskclerk beating on the door yelling gotta go gotta go then I got out and was a little rude me when I asked to use a phone charger . Left me with out a ride and no way to get #s out of my phone had to walk carrying all my stuff not a happy camper.... Never going back there again....”

“Hotel needs some TLC and housekeeping needs to pay attention to detail. Dusty rooms, no towels ( had to go to front desk to get) makeup on the wall.”

“It was the perfect accommodation for a weekend. The backyard for a fire with the new chairs provided was a hit.”

It is not part of Three Bears Resort like the listing states, you do not have access to the waterpark unless you want to pay extra. “Dogs welcome” means a dog as there is a 1 pet maximum and for $150 fee, which is also not disclosed on the listing and you find out in your confirmation email after booking. This property was also being booked through a vacation rental company (Evolve), which is also not disclosed until after you book. The owner of this property...

“Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lovely Rural Hixton Farmhouse. The accommodations exceeded our expectations and were even better than described. The farmhouse is cozy, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. The hosts were wonderfully communicative, and we especially appreciated the surprise s’more fixings—a delightful and memorable treat! We highly recommend booking a stay at this farmhouse.”
