The room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, but also not super dirty (I used to be a housekeeper, it’s just the easy-to-miss, or hard-to-remember areas that most people don’t care about). “Played breakfast at 9am was spectacular! Also gave a great chance to talk to other guests and get tips on visiting the area from the chef. Bedroom and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. There was a little road noise and you could hear the neighboring rooms a little - but not much. What a great stay!”

“We did not stay - the elevator was not working & due to health restrictions, my husband cannot walk up/down stairs. Front desk person said they had no rooms on first floor - she was absolutely NOT helpful & constantly contradicted herself. They have not refunded us in full (I paid for 3 nights), but I will continue to obtain a full refund.”

“This is a hard review to write. The outdoor space included with this rental is awesome - gorgeous gardens, refreshing pool, nice tiki bar area. The only downside is that route 340 is VERY close, so there is a lot of highway noise (including loud truck brakes). We nevertheless enjoyed the outdoor amenities. The apartment is a true basement; if you are over 6 feet tall you may hit your head on a couple of door jambs. And you hear quite a bit of walking noise from above. We were also frustrated...
