“Room was clean perfect for a stay over”

“The breakfast “buffet” is a joke!! Otherwise, a great place to stay.”

“My reservation was booked incorrectly and all that it needed was a change of location from Clayton to Garner. My Garner rep fought for me as she even went out of her way to get the Clayton GM involved. In the end, i was told I lost out on that reservation and the money spent. So i had to rebook the stay, and I have to stay if anyone is in the Garner area, look Ms. Carol up! She’s the best!!”

“Very clean room with darkening curtains, very comfortable beds, good breakfast”

“Bathroom was dirty. My room didn’t get cleaned and we stayed for three nights and the do no disturb was not on the door. We had to get our own towels every day. This place is a joke.”

“I went to Raleigh for a family event and stayed at Tru. The hotel was beautiful. Continental breakfast was delicious and the staff was amazing! I'll definitely stay again”

“It had a peculiar scent, couldn’t tell if it was stale cigar or passed gas, maybe a combination, I only used the place to sleep in and the bed was comfy although there was a nasty stain on one of the sheets, and I went in the pool once and not again in my 5 day stay. For $90 a night I expected better but what can you do, oh forgot about the coffee, it tasted like they made 40 cups from a 12 cup package”

“Third floor has stale smoke aroma to it, hallways and our room. No ice machine available and ice maker in room refrigerator did not produce a single cube during our 3 night stay. Room was nice and clean and good value for the price.”

“Woke up and got downstairs for breakfast to find out that the lady doing breakfast this morning decided to pull it 10 mins early. He statement was "" I'll close up whenever I want to."" The young man at the front desk was extremely nice. He tried to help me but when she made her comment I couldn't help to leave early. She was extremely rude and entitled..”

“The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the amphitheater and is easy to access. Breakfast was good. Because the hotel is close to the road, the room was a bit noisy, but white noise helped minimize the disturbance. The bed was very soft and sat low to the ground. We would have preferred a firmer mattress. We had reserved a king room but were given a room with a queen bed and a daybed instead. Overall a good experience for a one night stay.”

“This is an older property but is being actively maintained. Beds are the best! To be fair, I never give 5 stars because I never pay enough for a 5 star experience so this is one of my highest rated hotels.”

“They need to changed the carpet in the rooms. The carpet looked clean, but smelled a little musty. Everything else is very clean.”

“Estuvo bien para pasar la noche en familia. Solo que no había caliente y la puerta de seguro del baño no funcionaba. La alberca no estaba limpia. Desayuno y limpieza muy bien.”

“No cleaning mi room until Saturday morning, but not good.”
