“Great place”

“I should have known better. It is right across from and parallel to a truck stop. All night I heard the trucks revving up to get on the road. Also all the buttons on the ac in my room had worn off and I couldn't get it to turn on. Pillows were mushy with no support and bed was very stiff. You get what you pay for. Lesson learned.”

“Clean room, Staff was very on point. QUITE. They had a front and good size parking lot in the back, both well lit. Didn't do breakfast there, however the set up was taken care of and clean. Lot of restaurants like Cracker Barrel and McDonald's you can walk to. Many more dining options just a short drive away. They are in the process of updating, but everything is contained. I would stay again.”

“Great front of the house staff. But should have put an end to the foul mouthed pool game going on. Not the best way to be greeted with bad language at a volume that was heard by anyone. Kids running around, pot smoking in the parking lot, no microwave in the room, and an uncomfortable bed”

However, this year in June 2026 we were extremely disappointed in the hotel overall because of cleanliness and lack of housekeeping services. Upon arrival at 1:50 AM, we were given the keys to our suite and when we entered, the room was not clean. There was vomit and other body substances on the furniture and the room was not made for new guests. We were given another suite and at this point we were so tired we just crashed. ...

“The property looked untidy and dirty on arrival and isn’t kept well but the room was very clean and well equipped. Breakfast was adequate, staff were helpful. Many restaurants nearby which was great after a long car journey.”

“Customer service is not just words it’s actions. From the moment we speak to the time a person is running to their shuttle. Should a common mishap occur and one miss a prepaid reservation then at minimum a complimentary stay should be offered with some care package to say “we care”. Money doesn’t materialize out of thin air so patrons efforts to book and pay to stay should be met with enthusiasm and care. The separation between 1 and 5 star is person-ability not how bougee the place is. I can...

“It was very clean and quite. We didn't use amenities but saw they were well set. Will sure recommend them and stay if we come overnight There again. Temperature stayed comfortable and loved how nice and quiet it was for sleepinb.”

“Wasn’t terrible just unhappy being put in a handicap room when the place was more than half empty. So watch if you book through site they seemed unhappy that I booked through Expedia and maybe they put me there on purpose”
