“전체적인 숙박시설들은 노보텔의 명성에 맞게 좋았습니다만 마지막에 68디르함을 팁으로 강제로 요구하고 100디르함을 건넸음에도 불고하고 거스름돈을 주지 않은것은 불합리한 부분입니다.”

“The room was so much bigger than I expected. The staff was so helpful and always giving me new ideas and things to do and places to go. It was clean and the full kitchen was super nice to have. 100 out of 10 for hands down one of the best places to stay. They also have an art gallery right next door that was super nice.”

“Broken shower pipe in a very small shower cubicle too. Went to reception yold them about the shower pipe and told me they would fix it. 24 hours later not fixed so changed rooms. Shower in the changed room working but lukewarm water. Not good at all. Internet wifi connection very bad. No connection at all most times even when sat in the lobby. No cleaner turned up on our last day of stay so no clean towels or bedding and on top of that very dusty floor tiles”
