“Great stay”

“The worst ever hotel/suites in the 30 years of my life. Water shut down, card key malfunction, no kitchen wares whatsoever, vending machine malfunction, dirty floors and bathroom, unfriendly staffs....just about everything was horrible. Had pretty good experiences with Sonesta hotels but definitely not this time. I strongly believe thst Sonesta management at the headquarters needs to close this place down right away before they lose more business credibility. Seriously.”

“The hotel was nice, I liked the lobby and our room was spacious. I also liked how comfortable our bed was and the room was updated as well. The only two problems I had was the towels & rags had different stains on them which I noticed and strands of hair which I had to keep getting switched out. Another problem I had was being told by 2 different individuals on the phone how my boyfriend and I could do a late check-out and the cost for that would be taken off of our deposit and they told me it...
